Lagos State Government Seeks Urgent Help In Locating Young Mom Filmed Smoking Shisha And Puffing On Her Baby

 

The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, DSVA has called on the public to help in locating a young mother who filmed herself smoking Shisha and puffing on her baby.

The young lady posted the video on her Whatsapp status with the caption: “My baby sef don shayo”

Reacting to the disturbing video which has been widely condemned, the agency in a statement released on its X handle, called on the public to help locate the young lady.

The agency wrote:
