The news comes just weeks after the couple publicly debuted their relationship, when they were seen showing affection courtside at a Memphis Grizzlies game in February 2026. At the time, reports identified Horne as a Memphis-based attorney specializing in criminal defense and personal injury law. 

Before dating Horne, Leakes had an on-and-off relationship with fashion entrepreneur Nyonisela Sioh following the death of her husband, Gregg Leakes, in 2021. Gregg and NeNe were married twice and remained together until his passing after a battle with colon cancer.
