Yomi Fabiyi has defended the actions of Mr Joseph Aloba, the father of late singer, Mohbad for demanding a DNA test for his grandson, Liam.
In an interview with TVC News, Yomi Fabiyi who had earlier wrote a letter to Wunmi, Mohbad’s widow over the DNA saga stressed that the Aloba’s family has the right to ask for DNA.
According to him, Mohbad’s father is carrying the burden of pain and wants closure.
Yomi further stated that Wunmi can’t say no if the court gives a verdict for her to do it. He added that everybody is a suspect in the ongoing case.
He said,
“Mohbad’s family has the right to ask for a DNA. His dad is carrying the burden of pain. He wants closure. The wife can’t say no if the court gives a verdict for her to do it. Everybody is a suspect in this case”.

Surprisingly, Mohbad’s father joined the bandwagon to call our his daughter-in-law to demand for a DNA test.
In response to her father-in-law’s demand, Wunmi asked that he get a court order for a DNA test to be done. Months later, she made a U-turn and made it known that she wouldn’t be doing a DNA test for her son.
Stating her reasons, Wunmi said no one has the right to tell her to do it as she added that her son would never fall victim like his dad.
