A 53-year-old man, Marco Panichi, has been arrested for st@bbing his 36-year-old girlfriend, Grey Sanmartin Villalba, fifteen times in the neck in Vergiate, in the province of Varese, Italy, on Friday, October 23.
After committing the crime, Marco, who is a plumbing technician, drove to his father’s apartment in another province, confessed to the crime, and then turned himself in to the police.
At the police station, he claimed he was defending himself from an attack by his Colombian partner, whom he alleged wielded a knife at him during the argument
