He is a smart man who understands theology but lacks characteristics of a preacher - Comedian Funnybone shares his thoughts on pastor, Abel Damin

Comedian, Funnybone has expressed his doubts concerning controversial clergyman, Apostle Abel Damina.

 

The pastor has made news in recent times for publicly criticizing other clergymen who collect tithes and carry out some other ‘’conventional' Christian practices. Damina has argued that it is fraudulent to collect tithes from Christians or ask them to pay first fruits.

 

While his comments have been welcomed by some Nigerians, others argue that he is being divisive and that if he has anything to say to clergymen he disagrees with, he should call them privately.

 

In a post shared on his Instagram page today, Funnybone opined that Damina is a ‘’smart man who understands theology but lacks the spiritual supernatural gift and characteristics of a preacher.''

 

 He said he had known the cleric since his time in Jos, Plateau state and has always struggled with his interpretation of the bible.
