“We almost got married” — Kcee recounts dating Ebube Nwagbo

Kcee recently opened up about his past romance with Nollywood actress Ebube Nwagbo and it sounds like their relationship was quite the story! They were once the most talked-about celebrity couple in Nigeria with fans buzzing about their love. Kcee even mentioned that they were close to getting married which shows just how serious things got between them. However like many relationships things didn’t work out and they eventually parted ways. The ‘Limpopo’ hitmaker revealed that they were once the most talked-about celebrity couple, even coming close to tying the knot before things fell apart.

Speaking on the latest episode of the Tea With Tay podcast hosted by Temisan Emmanuel, Kcee candidly shared insights into his love life before the era of social media.

“My scandals were before social media became rampant. I was just about a young boy dating one actress. Me and actresses were always headlining the papers. I loved actresses back then. Who wouldn’t?” he stated.

While he refused to list all the actresses he had dated, Kcee mentioned Ebube Nwagbo by name, confirming long-standing speculations about their past romance.

“Our relationship was everywhere—Ebube Nwagbo. We were always on the front covers of newspapers. And we usually sat in the front row of every red carpet show. We were close to getting married. Whatever that happened, happened,” he recounted.

Kcee, who is now married to Ijeoma Okonkwo, tied the knot in 2010 and the couple has two children together.

On the other hand, Ebube Nwagbo, known for her charm and on-screen charisma, is still single.
